The above described animal is a purebred dog registrable with the AKC within 180 days following the date of purchase. The Purchaser understands that the above described puppy/adult shall receive such registration papers on a 'limited registration" basis. Purchaser understands that the above described puppy/adult is registrable with the AKC but his/her offspring will not be registrable. 2. The purchaser agrees to have his/her puppy spayed or neutered at the appropriate age determined by the purchaser's Veterinarian. Only after spay/neuter will AKC papers be given. 3. Purchaser assumes responsibility to have the dog examined by a Veterinarian within no more than one week (7 days) from date of purchase. If major medical reasons exist for return of dog, it must be returned with a written medical statement from a Veterinarian within this period. Returned dog will be replaced by Seller with one of equal value as soon as one becomes available. The equal value is to be determined by the Seller due to the varying degrees of conformational quality set by the standards of the AKC. Under no circumstances will a refund be made. 4. Buyer shall assume full responsibility for the health, anatomical makeup, and appearance after four days (96 hours) from date of sale. Seller guaranties the health of the puppy only against any genetic life threatening disease for two years from date of birth of the puppy. This agreement is made for the mutual benefit of both Purchaser and Seller, and understands between both parties that under no circumstances will Keidon Cocker Spaniels stand responsible after four days (96 hours). 5. All sales are final. All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. Required deposit of $100.00 to hold puppy. Total payment, including shipping costs, must be paid no later than 7 days prior to shipping. 6. This writing constitutes full agreement of the parties. Any modifications or amendments to this contract must be in writing.
